The SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring is a next-generation health and fitness wearable that fits on your finger. It features an OLED display, gesture control, multi-sport tracking, connected GPS, and real-time health monitoring — all inside a sleek, ultra-light titanium ring.

What features does the SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring include?

It includes a digital OLED screen, gesture control (so you can swipe, tap, or double-tap to control music or media), connected GPS (paired with your phone), and multi-sport tracking (for running, cycling, hiking, and more). It also tracks heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), body temperature, stress levels, sleep stages, and step count. There are no monthly subscription fees.

Which app does the SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring use?

The ring works with the JRing app, available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This app provides a real-time dashboard of your health metrics, activity tracking, gesture control settings, and more.

What languages does the JRing app support?

The SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring is compatible with most smartphones running:

  • Android 6.0 or aboveFor best performance, we recommend using a smartphone model released in the past 5 years. Older phones may not fully support Bluetooth pairing or certain app functions.

Does the SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring manage phone calls or texts?

No — the SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring does not support phone call or text management. It focuses entirely on health, fitness, and gesture-based controls.

How do I use or control it?

You can navigate the SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring using the built-in OLED display and gesture controls such as swiping or tapping. It works intuitively and doesn't require constant access to your phone.

What sizes are available?

The SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring is available in a variety of sizes. We recommend checking our Ring Sizing Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts up to 7 days on a single charge, depending on usage. A full recharge takes less than 2 hours.

Is it waterproof?

The SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring is IP67 rated, meaning it is splash-proof and dust-resistant. It’s safe for hand washing or light rain but should not be submerged in water.

Does the ring come with a charger?

Yes — every purchase includes a magnetic charging dock and USB cable.

Do I need to pay any subscription fees?

No — SYNQ does not charge any monthly or ongoing subscription fees. Your data is yours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order, regardless of location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your country. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Will I need to pay taxes, VAT, or customs fees on delivery?

No — all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price. You will not be charged VAT or customs fees when your order is delivered.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to your doorstep.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed due to customs or transit times. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 10 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll look into it.

Can I return or exchange my SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring?

Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We offer a one-time free size exchange if your ring is unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if my ring arrives damaged or defective?

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement once the issue is confirmed.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — the SYNQ Digital+ Smart Ring comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or water damage.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Please contact us immediately after purchase. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Are your prices shown in my local currency?

Yes — our store automatically displays prices in your local currency based on your location. You’ll see the final amount before completing your order.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes — you’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout, and a second email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

What if I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us right away. If your order has not shipped, we’ll update the address. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.
